USDA Certified Organic Top Sirloin Steak

Oreganic Beef’s 100% grass-fed and finished USDA certified organic top sirloin steak is cut from (unsurprisingly) the top sirloin. The USDA classifies top sirloin steak as “extra lean”, which makes it a fine steak that’s often loved for its robust, beefy flavor.  Don’t let the extra lean definition fool you, though– when prepared correctly, Top Sirloin is not only one of the most flavorful steaks available, but can be surprisingly tender, too.  As always, all steaks are dry-aged for 30 days for optimal flavor & tenderness.  Oreganic Beef Co. proudly sources all of our beef from our family ranch (Rocker 3 Ranch) located in Madras, Oregon.

All top sirloins are cut at a thickness of 1″.

*Rancher Cuts – will need trimming. Not the prettiest steaks in appearance, but they are PERFECT for steak bites and make an excellent stir fry!
