Our USDA certified organic, 100% grass-fed & finished stew meat is the healthy, flavorful cut you’ve been looking for to make your homemade meals even better! Our stew meat is aged for a minimum of 14 days and cut from the top & bottom rounds, sirloin, and chuck– providing a fuller flavor profile, as well as increased tenderness. We recommend a quick sear in a scorchin’ hot pot/pan, just enough to brown the outsides of the meat– then thrown into the slow-cooker for 6-8 hours, or until the meat is tender. Our stew meat is cut into 1-2 inch cubes, making it the perfect addition to ANY soup, stew, or chili. As always, our USDA organic, 100% grass-fed beef products are sourced directly from our family ranch (Rocker 3 Ranch) located in Madras, Oregon.
