USDA Certified Organic Prime Rib
Our 100% grass-fed, USDA certified organic Prime Rib is the perfect cut for your Holiday celebrations! Dry-aged 30 days, our roasts are juicy, tender and flavorful – simply season with your secret Prime Rib rub and this roast is sure to be a highlight at your dinner table! Use your favorite cooking method, or try one of ours – the reverse sear! Cook low & slow until the internal temperature reaches 120-125 degrees Fahrenheit (depending on preference) and then bring it over to a hot cast iron pan for a finishing sear. Rest 30 minutes, slice & serve!
