USDA Certified Organic Marrow Bones (2+lb)

Oreganic Beef’s 100% grass-fed & finished USDA certified organic marrow bones are cut into 2-3″ rounds.  Marrow bones are cut from the femur (upper rear leg bone).  The femur is the largest bone in the body which provides for the best marrow to bone ratio.  Marrow bones make for an excellent beef broth that gets richer and richer the longer it cooks.  Use roasted bone marrow for an even more savory flavor.  Roasted bone marrow can also be used as a delicious and healthy spread for your toast.  Oreganic Beef Co. sources all of our beef from our family ranch (Rocker 3 Ranch) located in Madras, OR.
