USDA Certified Organic Half Brisket

The breast muscles are regularly used, resulting in a very flavorful cut that can be quite tender when prepared correctly. There are many ways to cook a brisket but our recommended method is an all-day smoke to achieve that Texas BBQ flavor. For those of you without a smoker, slow-cooking your organic brisket in the oven is a fantastic alternative.
