USDA Certified Organic Chuck Roast (3+lbs)
Oreganic Beef’s 100% grass-fed and finished USDA certified organic chuck roast is cut from the front shoulder of the animal, otherwise known as the chuck. The chuck is a regularly exercised muscle which gives the beef tremendous flavor, but also provides for more connective tissue in the meat, which is why we always recommend a low & slow cook for these roasts (The longer the cooking time, the better!). Our roasts are sure to be the star of your next comfort meal! As always, Oreganic Beef Co. proudly sources all of our beef from our family ranch (Rocker 3 Ranch) located in Madras, Oregon.
