Oreganic Beef’s 100% grass-fed and finished USDA certified organic boneless chuck roast is cut from the front shoulder of the animal, otherwise known as the chuck. The chuck is a regularly exercised muscle which gives the beef tremendous flavor but doesn’t include a lot of fat. This is the classic pot roast beef you know and love, and there’s no cooking method we would recommend other than slow-cooking all day in the crock-pot.
