USDA Certified Organic Bone-In Ribeye Steak
Oreganic Beef’s 100% grass-fed and finished USDA certified organic bone-in ribeye steaks are individually selected and cut from the prime rib. The ribeye steak is actually quite tender, but is probably more well-known for it’s beautiful marbling. Our personal favorite cooking method for this cut is over an open-flame. The higher fat content of a ribeye keeps the juices locked in, even when cooking over intense heat, e.g., an open-flame. Oreganic Beef Co. proudly sources all of our beef from our family ranch (Rocker 3 Ranch) located in Madras, Oregon.
All bone-in ribeyes are cut at a thickness of 1.25″.
