USDA Certified Organic Beef Tongue
Our 100% grass-fed, USDA certified organic beef tongue is especially rich in zinc, iron, and vitamin B12. Beef tongue is used in many national cuisines & dishes – with the most common being Mexican Tacos de Lengua. Beef tongue is also great for sandwiches and homemade stews. There are a few different cooking methods for beef tongue– however, our favorite is simply poaching/simmering the tongue until it becomes tender, and then searing it on a hot grill to create that beautiful outside crust. As always, we source all of our products from our family ranch (Rocker 3 Ranch) located in Madras, Oregon.
**Each tongue weighs a minimum of 2.5 pounds.
