USDA Certified Organic Beef Oxtail

Our USDA Certified Organic, 100% Grass-Fed & Finished Oxtail is the perfect protein for your classic stew and soup recipes.  Slow-cooking or braising is recommended on this cut, as it allows time for the marrow and collagen to render down, creating a rich in flavor, healthy base for all of your recipes.  Additionally, the meat on the oxtail is typically very well marbled and becomes fall apart fork tender when cooked low & slow.  If you’ve never had oxtail, be careful – it may just become one of your new favorites! As always, our USDA certified organic beef products are sourced from our family-owned ranch (Rocker 3 Ranch) located in Madras, Oregon.
