That’s why we work with the Global Animal Partnership (GAP), one of the largest animal welfare food labeling programs in North America. The GAP believes that “meaningful label claims, validated by third-party farm audits, are key to influencing the industry, raising consumer expectations, and creating long-lasting change.” In 2013, we achieved a GAP Step-4 rating. We believe that good things take time, which is why we take the extra six to ten months for a healthier product raised to the highest humane treatment standards. Our animals will never spend time in crowded feedlots or confined spaces. They are free to roam and graze the thousands of acres of natural, organic grasses, and live their lives the way nature intended.
